Fender American Telecaster Plus 1997 version 2 in Crimson Burst Very rare in this color especially in MINT condition! Alder body with ash top and back. The wood grain under semi transparent finish looks gorgeous. Photos just don't do justice to the actual look of this beauty but you can get the idea.
It has 3 Fender-Lace Sensor Gold pickups, 5-way blade selector switch and a mini switch for extra pickup configurations. Sounds absolutely amazing with more flexibility than the classic teles. You get your strat tones + tele tones + mini-switch that turns the bridge pickup on when you are in the neck position on the 5-way switch. This gives you Tele's standard neck + bridge tone. Switch to position 4 and all 3 pickups are on.
These are some of the finest Telecasters ever built and are on par with Fender Custom Shop ones in quality. If you have ever played one you already know the craftsmanship that has been put in to the manufacture of these beauties. The necks were built by builders who went on to work at Fender Custom Shop.
